Please review the following terms and conditions before placing your order with Gifts by Nani & Co.

Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Please verify your name, address, email, product selections, colors, sizes, and personalization details before submitting your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Many of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Please carefully review all names, dates, spellings, logos, artwork, and customization details before placing your order.
Gifts by Nani & Co. is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

Digitizing Fees
A one-time digitizing fee may apply to embroidery orders that require a new logo or artwork to be converted into an embroidery file. Once digitized, future orders using the same design may not require an additional digitizing fee.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized items once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Gifts by Nani & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
If package insurance was purchased, we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.

Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on product type, customization requirements, and order volume. Current processing times are displayed on product listings and may be updated periodically.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Multiple Shipments
Some products may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. In these cases, items may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Product Colors & Appearance
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing differences. We make every effort to accurately represent our products through photographs and descriptions.
