1. Make sure to check your address if correct. You are fully responsible cover the shipping cost for us to reship your returned mail (new label has to be purchased). 

2. Make sure to select the correct item, color option and size 

3. We are not accepting returns at this time!!

4. We are not responsible for packages (lost, stolen or broken) once shipped out.

5. It is out of our control if there is a delay in shipping with the postal services once shipped (especially during peak season such as holidays). 

6. Check out our processing time when orders are shipped

7. Some of our products are not made or stored inhouse, those items will be shipped out separately.
