Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Custom embroidery, laser engraving, and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please note that shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are not guaranteed and are not the responsibility of Gifts by Nani & Co.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and investigate the delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
