Refund & Return Policy

At Gifts by Nani & Co., customer satisfaction is important to us.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom embroidered, laser engraved, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Return Authorization Required

Please contact giftsbynani.co@gmail.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after the return has been received and inspected.
